When it’s about luxury… There’s never enough things to say.
In a previous article, we talked about how important is designer furniture and luxury home decor for an individual’s identity, status and self expression. But on the 23rd of May, Altus brought to life these creative spaces with an event made for the socialites to experience the beauty available in their gallery. To which everyone stood amazed.
Going around the different luxury spaces by designer brands, the first thing one can notice is that every single space was embodied and every different taste met. From the conservative and classical, to the unbelievably creative and ultra modern; the individuality of every lifestyle lover is expressed throughout the choices and brands under Altus. Luxury furniture lovers in Lebanon, had a full night to admire and appreciate how the creative minds behind the high end home decor hub were able to handpick the finest brands from all over Europe to suit the Lebanese market; passing by a wide array of decor styles, covering the interior, the outdoors, as well as lighting and accessories.
The different brands at Altus convey different moods, some of which are crafted for a very personal taste. My eyes caught two brand names in particular and put them at the front of my vision of modern luxury: Driade for its creativity, and Walter Knoll for the practical ultra modern feel conjoined with impeccable craftsmanship.
There is no way not to notice Driade, as you go through Altus! In effect, key creative pieces, such as NEMO by Fabio Novembre, succeed in making every guest take a picture or two! You know you have a brand that succeeds in standing alone and making a statement. What is strikingly beautiful about this brand, is that it strives for a strong identification with people, no matter what their taste looks like. The philosophy behind Driade is simple, its designers create pieces that are eccentric but timelessly elegant.
